What size rooms do you have for rent?
Our main "Memorial" upper hall has a capacity of 269 for a stand up affair,
213 with seating at tables if you are not serving alcohol,
and 184 with seating if you are serving alcohol.
This room has access to a commercial kitchen with a stove, fridge, industrial dishwasher,
coffee maker, dishes, glassware and cutlery.
In addition to our main hall, we have a smaller hall (with kitchen acces) and meeting rooms.
Our kitchen is regularly inspected by the Public Health Department.
The cost for your event varies depending on the number of people, length of time, and use of kitchen facilities.
Is the building accessible?
The building is fully accessible with a lift, ramps, and fully accessible washrooms on each level.
What is the cost to rent your hall for a private function?

Do we need insurance?
Insurance will be required. You may already have coverage under your homeowners policy or special event insurance is available for purchase through the Diocese of Niagara.
The cost of insurance depends upon the number of guests and whether you will be serving alcohol. Please contact us as to the rates for your particular situation.
Is alcohol permitted?
Under certain circumstances, please contact us to discuss this further.
If you are serving alcohol, you will be required to have it served by someone with SmartServe training. We require a copy of the server’s SmartServe certificate.
Is the building air conditioned?
Yes. In order to save costs we use programmable thermostats but if you require special conditions for an activity or event that you are hosting, please discuss this with us and we may be able to make special arrangements.
